We manufacture our own paper sleeves – so if you are looking for accurate sizing, properly glued seams and accurately centered die-cut holes, then you’ve come to the right place! We purchased the record paper sleeve machine in the 1980’s and it’s been running daily since then even through the CD and MP3 era. People never stopped loving their vinyl.

The paper making industry has their own terminology and standards for measuring the thickness of paper, so it is more or less rated by regular weight, medium weight and heavy-duty.
Our most popular 12” paper sleeve is the Regular Weight Sleeve (Product Code S12WR) This is the sleeve that is used by most record pressers as well.
When people want a little more protection, they use our poly-lined sleeve – which is the S12p Sleeve with an acid-free polypropylene lining. The poly lining covers the center hole which keeps more dust and dirt from coming in contact with record.
The Medium Weight white paper S12WM Sleeve is generally used by collectors who are replacing old paper sleeves while also looking for a stiffer quality.
The Heavy-duty paper S12WHD Sleeves are substantially heavier than the other two paper sleeves and are generally purchased by audiophiles whose collections carry significant monetary worth.
Over the past few years we’ve added brown and black paper into our line. Both are a popular choice for artists who are having records pressed and are looking for a different look for their release.
